The Nemoto NET-3X-30 Pellistor Gas sensor head is a stainless steel enclosure designed to accommodate the Nemoto matched pair pellistor series NP-30 for use as a complete field device operating as a part of a fixed gas detection system.

This head consists of a stainless steel flame proof enclosure comprising three components:

  • The lower part contains the integral stainless steel sinter filter to allow the safe entry of the atmosphere being detected;

  • The upper part, or main body, houses the sensor. The sensor is located in a plastic spacer that holds the sensor in the best position for optimum detection performance.

  • The Sensor, an NP-30 matched pair pellistor

Sensors are field replaceable.

The enclosure is fitted with an external M46x1.5mm thread at the front end to allow easy fitting of accessories.

A choice of four standard rear mounting threads is offered ( x = see thread code).
